I received a call and the car was picked up the same day I submitted my information. Accurate information was provided upfront. The cost was about $150 more than lower estimates I had from 2 other carriers, however, there were no hidden costs here and their timeliness more than made up for the difference. The car was dirty when it was delivered, but it was to be expected from a long haul on an open carrier. Will use the service again if I need to.
