Our outstanding record speaks for itself, but sometimes a customer is in a destination that drivers either are not going to very often, or they simply do not recognize the location, in this case Fern Creek, Kentucky, an otherwise beautiful place. As well, Janet neglects to mention that there were periods of time when she said she was not available and to suspend our efforts. Regardless, we are sorry that Janet did not have the typical great experience with our company and of course has already received her full refund.
We wish Janet every possible success in all her future endeavors.
