I made my first call to setup transport on Monday of Thanksgiving week. The car was picked up Tuesday night in Chicago and arrived with a little road dust the following Monday afternoon in San Francisco. Pricing was good. Total cost $675 as I was told during my first call with the trucking company. $150 deposit on the phone, used a card, then cash/money order on delivery. I gave cash. Inga from the trucking company kept in contact by telephone with s on the delivery time. She was flexible, available 24hrs 7days/week as it''s a family business, and kept me informed about her driver''s road conditions and potential delays etc. Pretty good service on short notice and during a holiday week. Would use again, although I''m not sure how to determine what trucking company you''d get. Direct Express Auto Transport arranges for a trucking company to ship your car.
