The driver of the delivery truck was extremely friendly, especially under the circumstances. His truck lost its transmission right in front of my house and he was unable to unload my vehicle until it was repaired. I offered to have him come in and eat and get warm (it was 32 degrees outside) but he didn't want to leave the vehicles on the trailer. He had a great attitude during the entire experience even though he knew it would be an expensive repair and he would be way behind his delivery schedule. After the repair he drove the vehicle off the truck and we went over every inch of the vehicle to make sure it was in the same condition as when he picked it up. Overall, I was very happy with the time it took to receive my vehicle and the professionalism of the driver at delivery.
