The dispatcher was prompt and put me in contact with the transport company 2 days after being contacted. The company then informed me of transit time, had the driver call me when he was on the road, and gave me daily updates. DirectExpress Auto Transport did a great job setting up this transfer and got me my new car super FAST!!! Highly recommended!
