I called a number of transport companies before deciding on your company. I was impressed with the young woman who answered all my questions. Since this was my first experience of shipping my car I was quite concerned and needed reassurance. She was very careful to explain the procedure. After speaking with about eight other companies I decided to choose yours.

The time for pick-up was given to me and the driver called precisely when you said that he would. His name is Chris. He was extremely careful when putting my car on the truck. I was quite fascinated and told him so. I live on a residential street with lots of trees. How he managed to maneuver around these obstacles was amazing. I watched the whole operation and also watched as the truck was completely out of sight.

Chris gave me the day that he would be arriving here in California. I must admit. I did not believe he would be so prompt. But he was. When he called me here to say he was but a short distance away I was so surprised but also very delighted. The car was in good condition except for the fact that it needed a good wash.

I will be calling your company when I am ready to head back to Indiana. In the meantime I am enjoying the luxury of having my own car here rather than having to rent a car, which I have done in the past.

So overall I would say that I am a satisfied customer and will recommend your
company to others,. also the price is right which is important to me since I am a senior citizen living on a fixed income.
