I contacted Direct Express Auto Transport (DEAT) just to compare the cost of transporting my vehicle as opposed to flying to Texas and driving back to California (time versus money versus wear and tear on the vehicle). They were professional and courteous and gave me a solid quote. This was approximately a month before the actual transport. I then wanted to compare the price and placed the vehicle in a pool with one of the other companies on the internet for transportation companies to bid on. All bids were substantially more than the solid quote received from DEAT. I therefore recontacted DEAT and asked for a quote and it was the same. I made the arrangements with them and gave a deposit with my credit card. I was told I would be contacted within 24 hours by a transport company. No longer then 4 hours later I received a call from a driver who said he could pick the car up in 2 days. This occurred in TX on a Thursday and the vehicle was on its way. I called a number given to me by DEAT if I had any questions. I left a message and within 1 hours had return call from the driver stating he was in Phoenix and said he would be at my location within the stated time, 4 days or Monday. The driver called me Monday AM and stated he would be at my front door within 2 hours. He arrived and was professional and courteous, unloaded the car and other than being a bit dirty from an outside transport, everything was in fine condition.
I would highly recommend Direct Express Auto Transport to anyone and would use their service again in the future.
