This is the second time I've used Direct Auto Express to ship my car cross country and once again I was very pleased. On both occasions my car has been picked up and delivered promptly and in good condition. When arranging for the shipment, the contact person was very nice and professional. My vehicle was picked up a day earlier than the earliest pick up date I had specified, and was delivered after 6 days to my door. My only complaint was that the driver who picked up my car did not speak English very well and it was a little hard to understand him over the phone when he called me to arrange the pick-up. But it was only a minor annoyance and made no significant difference in my experience.
