After reading all of the horror storeis on the web about auto transport companies I really did my homework. I got 6 quotes, with the thought of selecting a company from the the middle of the pack. To my surprise, Direct Express Auto was the lowest, and that made me nervious. I had read that low-ball quotes were common in this industry, and so when I palced my order I expected to have to pay more in the end. However, I was pleasantly surprised when 2 days after placing my order I received an email detailing a pick up date and time for my car. The driver called 4 hours in advanced, as promised, and showed up 5 minutes early. The car was loaded and on it's way quickly and efficiently. My son in MD, to whom I was sending the car, called 2 days later to tell me the car was delivered on time and with no damage. It could not have asked for a better transaction.
