The girls at Direct Express were very professional and honest. From the moment I called them til the pick up (only 2 days later), they never mislead me in anyway. The transport business is not always an exact science as weather and such factor in to delivery. But I was pleasantly surprised. The driver at Golden Key, (the subcontract company) called the day after my order was placed to let me know when he'd be arriving. Bob met me at a convenient location to take possession of the car and had it to California in less than a week! The car was a little dirty, but in one piece, no dents or dings, just like I gave it to him. I would recommend Direct Express anytime. The use reputable carriers and do there best to provide the service you expect. Direct Express was recommended by the better business bureau and will earn my business again.
