I've shipped my car twice in the past year and a half and only used this company the most recent time, as I was happy to find it was rated with the Better Business Bureau (a must I learned the first time if you're going to ship). Anyway, the whole experience was great. I never actually spoke to a person at the company as I ordered the shipment online...but it couldn't have been easier. The pickup was on time in California and my car arrived in Kansas before it was scheduled to. So that was a pleasant surprise. No plans to ship any other cars soon, but if I had to I'd definitely go with this company again. And, yes, I'm writing this review because they offered me a $10 rebate. But for $10, if the company was lousy I'd definitely be honest about it. Fact is, this experience was painless, cheap and I highly recommend Direct Express Auto.
