Poor customer service

I started working with Direct Express 3/19/10. They took the $150.00 deposit from my account immediately. They said it would be approximately 7 days to pick up the car. As of 4/5/10 they were never able to get a driver to pick up my car. They never even tried to call a driver and get this car picked up.
When I finally cancelled with them after 2 weeks I could not get my refund money. They verbal told me and sent me an email stating they refundeded this money. However, they woudl never give me a transaction number. I requested infomration regarding the transaction number, something I could take to my bank to get this refund money back. There employees cut me of mid sentence, hung up on me or put me on hold for extended period of time, more the 15 minutes some times. I still am unable to verify that they have refunded my deposit. This company was one of the worst experiences of my life.

Our outstanding record speaks for itself. Mrs. Cesped was refunded the day after she canceled her order. Martha was shipping from remote Lampasas, Texas and few if any drivers were going her way, a problem explained to her. She did not understand that she would see it on her statement in two or three business days, and spent considerable time screaming at our very nice customer service representatives. We have discovered that there are a percentage of people like Martha, but thankfully not many. We wish Martha Cesped lots of luck in all her future endeavors.
