I recently purchased a car over the internet and needed to have it shipped from FL to NY. I typically research all of my buying decisions and auto transportation was no exception. I had visited a few sites as well as checked BBB. I got a few quotes and was surprised at how inexpensive Direct Express was relative to the number of good reviews. I basically took a (calculated) chance and Direct Express didn't let me down. I used Customer Support a few times to adjust my pickup date and it was no sweat. I received an e-mail as soon as my car was assigned a driver. Instructions on payment were very clear. Within a day or so, my driver contacted me. He was very courteous and professional. The car was delivered on time and in great shape. I will definitely use Direct Express again!
