The customer service at Direct Express Auto Transport is very helpful and responsive. After initially booking through them, the original carrier they scheduled attempted to pick up my car before I was ready to release it and then deliver it before I would be available to pick it up. After calling the customer service at Direct Express, they promptly resolved the problem very quickly (and painlessly to me) with another carrier. The carrier (DR Auto Carrier) they scheduled arrived for pickup and again at delivery at the time promised. The carrier was extremely friendly, highlighted the route he would be taking across the country and provided a phone number to contact him as he made his way across the country. The car arrived slightly dirty, but it was an open carrier and I expected this, and a quick run through the brushless car wash was all that was needed. I'm looking forward to next year when I will use these folks to ship my car back home.
