I waited 15 days for them to schedule my car for pickup,"schedule only". and they could not even schedule. Not honest upfront, until I pressed and asked what was the problem. Finally talked to Mike and he told me there where a lot of cars coming out of California. I added an additional $50 to cost/driver and still did not happen. I called SPECIALTY MOBILE SYSTEMS and my my car was scheduled for pickup in 2 DAYS after I canceled with Direct. Call Specialty for honesty and good service!!! It also took a week + to get my deposit back from Direct. I probably would not HAVE got it back then or at all, if I had not called and pressed them.

Our outstanding record speaks for itself. We are over ten times larger than Specialty Mobile, who tend to charge significantly higher sums to transport vehicles. Kenny did not tell you that. We wish Kenny lots of luck in all his future endeavors.
