pick-up was on time. actually the service called whether i could ship the car a day before the designated date. i was totally fine with it and the driver was exactly on time. one bad thing about is that, the truck is too big for some streets, so it was not exactly door-to-door service. i had to bring my car out to a bigger street (street parkings weren't available either for such a big truck). we made illegal parking for about 10-15 mins for the driver to go through the paper work. overall, the shipping method was good and very convenient!
