This was my first auto transport experience. I expected a lot of hassle and paperwork but I got none of that from Direct Express. They were very professional, courteous and responsive. Always kept me informed. Called them in the morning to place an order and car was picked up in the afternoon. Could not believe it. Transport driver was great. Very professional. Car arrived at destination without a hitch. Would not hesitate to use Direct Express again. They made the whole process easy and effortless. They did what they said they would do.
