I had a very good experience working with Direct Express. I spoke with a very friendly representative who explained the process to me and answered all of the questions I had about my car transport. The upfront deposit went smoothly and I was informed that I would be emailed once my car was matched with a carrier. I was contacted, by email, from direct express 2 days after I made the initial call saying that they had found a carrier going to Iowa.
I was contacted by the driver and we arranged a location to meet. This was kind of tricky in Los Angeles, but it ended up working out. My car was actually picked up on Thursday, instead of Friday and then delivered to me in Iowa on Monday. This was a surprisingly fast turn around time which I was really impressed with. The driver, Randy, from Roadrunner Auto Co. was really friendly and made every effort to accomodate my busy schedule in terms of pick-up and delivery. My car arrived in tip-top shape (just needed a carwash). I was impressed with the Direct Express and Roadrunner and would recommend them to anyone transporting a car across country.
