we were very happy with our experience. both direct Express and the transport company Run-N-Hard were knowledgable and cooperative. Communication was essential to us as we were unsure of how we would be able recieve the auto. The company was able to accommodate alternatives on the recieving end as we were not sure we would be in ohio at the same time. As a matter of fact, they beat us . The company explained the procedures and we were able to make arrangements with the driver for a convenient reciept while we were unavailable; they beat us to our destination and were able to contact our alternate reciever for drop off. As a matter of fact they were there on the weekend and held such until arrangements for a monday delivery were arranged. Our experience throughout the trasnsport was calm, cool and collected. They were able to make quick arrangements for the pickup and were able to adjust to requirements for delivery. It was a relief tand a comfort hat everything felll into place so easily. We would use this service again.
