We moved three vehicles from St. Louis to Los Angeles. My car got picked up and delivered on-time, just as scheduled. This was a very nice experience especially since I heard stories about cars not getting picked up for 5-6 days after the scheduled pick-up time. Delivery was smooth and without problems. The driver was very polite. He called a day ahead to reconfirm the times he was going to pick up the car and deliver it. The only thing I didn't like was that the cars were dirty. However, this was my choice to use an open carrier, and I didn't except anything differently.
Overall, I had an excellent experience.
Don't be put off by the fact that I receive a rebate for the review. They would give me rebate even if I gave a bad review. I can honestly recommend this company.
