Despite the fact that it took quite a while to get our car transported back to Indiana from California, we were pleased with the service of Direct Express Auto Transport. They kept us informed through the process and voluntarily credited our account $25 dollars when they were not able to book a truck within a week of the first available pickup date. When a truck was assigned the car with picked up promptly and the car was delivered, quite literally to our driveway. I would certainly use Direct Express Auto Transport again.
