The car and drop were conducted in a timely manner. Easy access to comany and good customer service. The rate was resaonable and communication with me was more than I expected.I did not not have to schedule too far ahead for the pick up or wait long for the drop off.
Customer service is courteous, attentative and organized. The company is wliling to go to the top people in their organization to deal with any issues that may arise. They are easy to reach by telephone or email and their response is prompt.
