We were very pleased with the initial contact made with this company. They were very knowledgeable, thorough, and answered all of our questions. The pickup was within the allotted time, and the call came early in the morning. We were able to get the car off without any problems. The drop off time was in line with what they told us, and we were pleasantly surprised by this. The car appeared to be very well taken care of. The delivery gentlemen were very friendly and accommodating.
