i've had to deal with other delivery companies before but direct express was great: they answered my questions promptly; their driver answered my calls or voicemails pretty quickly while on the road (this is HUGE for anyone that's had to deal with this before); and he was very flexible as some of my delivery arrangement had to be changed at the last minute. overall, great and would definitely use again
