I had a great experience shipping my car from Atlanta to Los Angeles. Direct Express assigned me a carrier the first day my car was available for shipment and the driver was friendly and professional. He kept in contact with me during the trip and gave me adequate notice before he delivered my car. Additionally, the customer service representatives were helpful while I set up my order and followed up after my car was delivered to ensure I had no issues. Outside of the car being a little dirty I was thrilled with the service and would definitely use Direct Express again.
