Our outstanding record speaks for itself. Mr. Summer did not set up his order, the car dealership did. The dealership made themselves the point of contact for email confirmations, etc., not Nate Summer, who did not even pay the deposit. And they understood clearly the typical 1-7 day window, which should have been explained by them. Even our homepage explains it. We wish Mr. Summer lots of luck in all his future interactions.
