having had a bad experience before shipping our car (the carrier never even picked up the car), we started with checking the customer ratings of the various companies. Direct Express Auto Transport had the best ratings and the best price. the lady on the phone listened to our concerns and addressed them well. we shipped the car early to make sure it did get picked up. the carrier arrived on the first day it was posted and got to the destination well within the time we allotted.
