We have never trasported a car before. We checked alot of places and got alot of prices. Direct was the best price, and had very good reviews. We were very happy with the service. Very friendly and helpful with my questions when calling for information. Our bid was picked up the same day and car picked up the next day. Car was picked up on wed. evening in California, we were told we would get the car on tuesday in Rochester NY. The driver called on Sat. and said that he would be there on Sun. And that was in a snow storm. Everyone that we delt with was very friendly and helpful. Also I liked the fact that the car stayed on 1 truck the whold time. Some companies move the car from truck to truck, I was told that Direct doesn't do that. Would definetly use them again, and recomend them to anyone looking for a transport company.
