I purchased a special car in Florida. Originally I was going to drive the vehicle to California, but at the last moment, my plans had changed. I went on line to view a number of vehicle transport companies. The quotes came in fast and furious with the prices varying from $650.00 to $1,200.00.
I followed up with the reviews on line and went with Direct Express. My decision was based on the following: 1. Response time 2. Customer Service and 3. Cost. In two days my vehicle was loaded and on it's way to California. Since I was not there at the time of loading, I was surprised that it was loaded unto an enclosed transporter (other companies wanted a premium)! I had the driver's name and number (Michael) and recieved almost daily updates.
I could not have been more pleased with the service at the company or driver level. Micheal took care to deliver the vehicle to my office and his care and concern for my car was amazing!
In short, my experience with Direct Transport was superb! All times and conditions exceeded my expectations. I will uise this company again and reccommend them to all that need to use their services.
