After reading the bad reviews on this site and on BBB site I was nervous for having chosen Direct Express. Since transport companies are the middle men, the actual company that transports my car was my concern. NS Transport - UT did an excellent job. Deliah was professional and kept me informed. She notifed me on the day of my autos first availability and when she wasn't able to pick up until the first day she let me know. She delivered my car to its destination 2 days ahead of schedule. She picked them up on a Friday and delivered them on a Monday. In using Direct Express, make sure you give them 7 days to pick up. Even though my autos were picked up on the second day, less stress on yourself if you allow for the 7 days. Also I was transporting from Winter Park, Florida (Orlando) to Phoenix, Arizona. Major cities guarantee an easier transport.
