This is the second time we used Direct Express Auto Transport. Again, as before, excellent service. Each time on our side we have an unusual pickup situation and they ensured that they were able to accomodate it. The driver was very nice and courteous. He called me to let me know when he'd be coming and called back when he said he would to tell me when he was nearby. The truck was a little bigger than the semi's we normally get so backing up was tricky but the driver didn't complain. We'll definitely be using Direct Express Auto Transport again for our next car hauling need. The price of the transport was so reasonable (only $925) and ended up helping us save money (we'd have had to buy out the lease on the car at a loss of $7000 if we didn't have a way to haul the car here for someone else to use).
