Our outstanding record, including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, speaks for itself. We are sorry customer Judy Meador did not have a pleasant experience and we do care about that. Her refund should be appearing on her statement today or tomorrow. The recent snow storms and blizzards have played havoc on the transportation system.
We wish Mrs. Meador lots of luck in all her future endeavors.
