Our outstanding record, including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, speaks for itself. We are sorry customer Carol Jacobson thinks the carrier we assigned drove it 180 miles, but he adamantly denies it, and Mrs. Jacobson has provided neither of us any documentation, either written or photographic, to support her accusation. She simply says it is so. But this particular carrier has hauled nearly 100 cars for us without one complaint. And he delivered the Jacobson car from Arizona to Illinois in four days, so just when would he have had the time to go on a 180 mile side excursion? It makes no sense to us. We wish Mrs. Jacobson lots of luck in all her future endeavors and kindly ask her to consider that she could be mistaken.
