This review is in regards to order number 96315, shipping my car from metro Atlanta (Georgia) to Napa Valley (California).

I know it probably took so long finding a reputable transporter for the price of $650 (with $100 additional as your deposit). WHAT A STEAL! I priced out the gas it takes from Ga to Ca, and $650 doesn''t even cover the costs!

Please please continue using Expert Express-NC, as the owner was so professional and always kept in contact with me. Not to mention, the driver deserves a reward! I expressed my concern about him delivering the car so close to our home because we live up a very steep mountain; but lo and behold! He met me right up the street! I haven''t seen a truck that big up this mountain EVER! (And I should mention, in this village, there is NO CELL PHONE SERVICE...so I must say, he was BRAVE!)

With that said, don''t EVER use MSR Trucking-TN. They were the original transporter and were completely unprofessional and untrustworthy. Thankfully you allowed me to forgo my plans of having them transport my vehicle without any problems.

In hindsight, I must admit that I learned a lot about the business of car transporting by my own independent research and experience; but overall I am completely satisfied with the experience. For one, I appreciate the fact that Direct Express took my concerns to heart when I essentially ''fired'' the first transporter because of their unprofessional behavior and lack of trust they instilled in me; secondly, I appreciated the constant communication from DE in regards to the status of my car being picked up from GA (I had already been in CA).

All in all, if I am in need of vehicle transport services in the future , God willing you will be first on my list.
