My car was without brakes and they went the extra mile to help find a carrier that would move a car without brakes. Normally moving this type of car is not done due to the dangerous nature but due to a communication issue this was not stated up front. Once the issue was identified a solution was found and accommodations were made.
I was happily surprised at the effort that was made to get the move done on time and with the utmost care. I would definitely use this service again.
