I had tried to transport my car about 8 months ago, and it was a nightmare. I got a few companies reaching me, and while they'd quote a price in email, it would inflate on the phone when trying to schedule the pickup.
DirectExpress was awesome. I did everything online, and when I called, I had a quick but pleasant conversation and I was set. Pickup communications were great and on time.
I wont bother looking anywhere else when I need to transport my car.
