The competitive price really set this company apart. They offer instant quotes, and I paid at least $200 less than most of their competitors. It seems they utilize the services of local transporters to save money (the driver was from my area).
The transport time was much faster than I expected. It took 3 days from pickup to delivery which is faster than the average 1 week to travel from the midwest to the east coast. I was very pleased with this service. I always got an answer when I called customer service or the driver. There was some confusion when the driver tried to pick up the car 2 days before the specified pickup date, but it did not cause serious problems other than they had to assign a new driver, who came 1 day after the first available pickup date.
The only thing that bothered me was that, for open trailer cars, the cars below got oil leaked onto them. My car had oil on the windshield and body, so I had to get it cleaned.
Other than that, I had a great experience with this company.
