I first found direct express auto transport on a search engine. I compared it to a few other companies and found that they had great reviews and were still a reasonable price. My car is highly modified and even lowered but they still exceeded my expectations. The drivers that they sub-contract are very knowledgeable and knew what questions to ask to make sure my lowered car would make it on their trucks without any damage. My transport driver was the owner of East Knox Transfer and he sure made me feel comfortable able the process. He answered any questions that I had and was very professional. My car was delivered promptly and without any damage. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and would definitely use Direct Express Auto Transport again in the future.
