My son in CA needed a car, so I shipped my 2004 Miata to him from GA. This was my first time to ship a car. I was surprised that the price was so reasonable for such a long trip. I live in a small town but was still able to have service from the company. It took about 2 weeks for a carrier to sign up to take my car. Since it took that long Direct Express Auto Transport refunded to me $25 and added it to the amount owed the driver to help speed the transaction. The local company that picked up the car was in contact with me a few days before pick up and the day of pick to let me know when the driver was coming. He was later picking up the car than orginially scheduled that day, but the company let me know about the delay. The gentleman picking up my car was very nice and it was interesting to me to watch him secure my car. I had special feelings for my car, so I was glad to see it well taken care of. The car arrived in CA in only a week which I felt was good and was delivered to my son on time. My son said it was in good shape and everything went well at his end. I would use this company again. One of the reasons I used Direct Express Auto Transport was their ratings with the BBB and the good price.
