We never transported a car before, and it was important to get it right. The car was not an expensive one, but very sentimental for us. Grandma passed away and left the car to my daughter, her granddaughter. We went on line looking for a company and both my daughter and I were impressed by the webpage. The contact was prompt, courteous, and relieved any worries we had. The car was picked up at the front door of my sister's home on time. The driver communicated with us when he was a day away, just as promised. Because we live up a big hill, he parked in the school parking lot nearby and drove he car right to our door. I doubt I'll ever have the need to transport a car again but, if I do, I will use Direct Express Auto Transport.
