I was transporting a Mercedes, and this being my first experience, was extremely cautious. I contacted two transport companies (one has transported my friend's car from Florida to Oregon) prior to calling Direct Express. The other two companies charged a higher premium and was short on customer service. I didn't feel reassured until I called Direct Express. All of my calls to Direct Express were received promptly and professionally. I had a feeling that they were an honest and trustworthy bunch, but wanted more assurance so I looked them up online and had other people phoned them. The fact that the company is run by a group of women made me felt more re-assured; and I wanted to support them even more (even though the head honcho was/is a man). Even better was the service. I called on Friday to schedule a pick up; my car was picked up on location on Monday in Nevada, and was delivered to my door on Tuesday in Oregon. The car was transported in "Open" mode, so it was dusty when it arrived, but everything was in tact; not a scratch. The driver (Justin) was very nice and prompt. He called when he was 15 min away. My brother used this service again several weeks later and also had a smooth experience. The only thing I didn't know is that your gas tank has to be 1/2 full or below. Great service for a great price. I would definitely use this company again.
