Our outstanding reputation including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau speaks for itself. We canceled Joshua Carras order at our descretion after only two days because he was being difficult. His email response to that was filled with profanity, which we ignored. We wish Mr. Carras lots of luck in all his future endeavors.
