Horrible Experience...

Whoever decided to finally reply to my email with questions I had asked was rude and completely unhelpful. They made it seem like they were doing me a favor by even replying and their response was that my vehicle would be picked up sometime!!! Seriously, sometime!!! After numerous back and forth emails my order was cancelled as they couldn't even give me a ballpark as to time frame. I found another company that got my vehicle to me from Texas to Maine in 5 days. (Parker Trucking...A+) I WILL NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE that I know.

Our outstanding reputation including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau speaks for itself. We canceled Joshua Carras order at our descretion after only two days because he was being difficult. His email response to that was filled with profanity, which we ignored. We wish Mr. Carras lots of luck in all his future endeavors.
