My initial contact with the company was very informative with specific answers to all my questions. I proceeded to book the shipment on line which again was very easy to use requiring a deposit of approximately 25% of the total shipping fee. I received a receipt immediately along with details as to when the auto would be picked up as well as a maximum time period to expect delivery. Both the pick up date and delivery date were much earlier than I ever expected and the the auto arrived in excellent condition. The truck driver called to inform me as to a specific time for delivery on the day of arrival. I met with him and paid the balance of the shipping fee in cash and was supplied with a receipt on the spot. I would definitely use this service again in the future !
