Direct Express Auto Transport had the most reasonable rates out of the six transportation companies that I called. Also, their receptionist and their Customer Service Staff was always very polite and helpful. They communicated very well with me and the other end at every point in a very timely manner. Additionally, I was impressed in the fact that the half dozen times I called them, the phone was answer promptly every time. Also, when I had to delay the transport, they were very accommodating and didn't complain at all, just arranged another transport for the following day. Before engaging them, I compare them an a couple of others from various sources, such as the Better Business Bureau. Direct Express Auto Transport by far had the highest (A+) Better Business Bureau rating. Vehicle arrive in great condition without any damage and driver was very helpful and professional.
