Direct Express Auto Transport switch my order to another local transport company. Because I have a business trip to another city, I can't pick up my car in this period. I contact them 3 times to let them know my schedual. The company said they will let driver know it. The comapny will give reply after they call their dirver. No body reply to me. And the driver still call me many times when I was meeting customers. When my car arrive kansas, the driver told me I need pay extra fee, because I put two boxes in my car. He told me if I don't want to pay, he will keep my car. I think the company should told me when I make order to them. Then I will choose other company. It is a alwful service.

Our outstanding reputation including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau speaks for itself. Customer Cheng Chang Liu, aka Clay, packed the backseat and trunk of his vehicle. Mr. Liu was told upon pickup in Milpitas that if he did not remove the items that it would cost $125 extra in Overland Park. He signed the bill of lading agreeing, and now pretends in his review to have been hoodwinked, which is patently untrue. As well, no driver is going to wait around while Mr. Liu conducts business meetings. The carrier schedule is important too as other customers are waiting for their cars. We wish Mr. Liu lots of luck in all his future endeavors.
