I booked this on a Monday via the internet and received confirmation immediately. Was told a day later the name of the actual transport company, Northwest Auto Transport, and their phone number. The car was picked up that Wednesday and delivered the following Monday, a week after I booked it. Direct Express Auto Transport was really on their game and even though I never had to talk to a person, they took great care of me. I would trust them again completely. Additionally, I was not compensated for this review.
