I was set up with DRM thru a broker. I spoke with with Nicki at DRM Transport who contacted me the day before delivery and pick up to notify and confirm the time address and time to expect the driver. The driver, Stephen, was friendly and called about an hour before he arrived to confirm the location. My vehicle arrived in Arizona without damage, will use this company again if need be.
