I would not use them again

Well, I am sitting here waiting for my 1990 mercedes to be delivered.
AAA notified me a couple of days ago that they had found a trucking company to bring my car from indiana to california.
When I found out that the trucking company they found was West Coast Auto Transport., I immediately sent AAA an email stating that I did not want them to let West Coast Auto Transport to touch my car, or transport it because of their bad reputation.

Then I received an email back from AAA stating that if I wanted to line up another trucking company, that I would have to pay another deposit of $149.00

So, I don't have any more money., I told them to let West Coast Auto Transport go and do it, but they better not hurt my car.

This is lousy customer service to me.
The lady at AAA , Sydney Brenner , should have apologized to me and offered to get me another trucking company, a reputable one.

So, now I am stuck with all this.

I would not use AAA Discount Auto & Truck Transporters, Inc. again, even if you paid it for me.

I do not like their customer service.
They are very slow.
I have been waiting over 2 weeks to get a truck and when they presented me one, it was a bad one.
