Steve was very helpful and informative about the process of car shipping. He kept his word and dropped his fee because the transporters charged more than the quote. I would use this company again if I ever had another auto transport need. Yes, I marked the pickup as late, but it was explained to me that weather may cause delays and unfortunately for us there were some icy conditions that caused the pickup to be delayed. However, both companies provided good customer service and communication throughout the entire process.
