I had a wonderful experience with Steve .... very knowledgeable and the thing that sold me is he GUARANTEED at Firm Price..... Not to exceed! That was the deciding factor for me and he was the only one that offered that . The other carriers told me that NO ONE would guarantee a firm price.... WRONG !
Tim the driver assigned to pick up the car was very nice and answered his cell phone, gave us clear instructions and made the pick up very easy. Tim met my daughter in Los Angeles in a large parking lot , picked up the car with no problems. He called me on the way to give me progress reports and kept me informed along his trip. He set up a meeting near my office and the pick up was flawless. No issues on damage or anything negative. Way to go guys!!
I will use these guys again!
